We are a Consultancy specialising in Programme and Project Management.
Our Special area of interest is in the use and application of the industry standard methodologies of PRINCE2 and MSP. Dick Bennett, one of our consultants, was co-author of PRINCE2, and can hence bring particular insight into its use and application. He is a PRINCE2 Examiner, and acknowledged as one of the leading authorities in the method. He is also Lead Examiner, and acknowledged as one of the leading authorities in the method. This is typical of the level of authority our consultants carry in these fields.
All our consultants are long term professionals with extensive experience; not just a set of "fresh out of college" graduates. So we can bring solid "dirty fingernail" experience of what works, and more importantly what doesn't, to the advice that we give.
