PRINCE2 is emerging as the industry standard methodology for Project Management. It has been around in various forms since the mid 70's, and as such has the sort of long term use which has resulted in a highly practical method for managing projects.

We are particularly well placed to support this environment since Dick Bennett, one of our prime consultants, was co-author of the PRINCE2 methodology. As such he has a special insight into how the method should be applied to a range of situations.

PRINCE2 is supported by an accredited examination process which allows you to get either a Foundation or Practitioner level qualification in PRINCE2. Dick Bennett is a PRINCE2 examiner and member of the PRINCE2 Examination Panel.

Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) is the sister methodology to PRINCE2. It covers the new, emerging discipline of Programme Management. It has been on the market since late 1999, and built on the lessons learned from the use of the previous Programme Management guidance. As with PRINCE2 it is supported by both Foundation and Practitioner level examinations.

Dick Bennett is a MSP Examiner and is on the MSP Examination Board.

Most members of Abbas Associates are highly experienced and knowledgeable PRINCE2 and MSP practitioners, with many years experience of the application of the methods in a wide range of environments.

Most of the consultants are also Certified Prince2 trainers.
